Q:  Are the rooms non-smoking? 
A:  All our rooms and apartments are non smoking

Q:  What kind of plugs does the hotel have? 
A:   The plugs in hotel are British plugs, however in the rooms and apartments you can find an two pin plug behind the TV set.

Q:  Is there any safe in the rooms / Apartments?
A:  Yes, all our rooms & apartments include a safe. In order to use the safe you have to obtain a key from reception at a charge of €2.10 per day and a refundable deposit of €15.00

Q:  Is there any TV in the rooms / Apartments? 
A:  We offer cable TV in all the rooms and Apartments.  In order to use the TV, you have to get the remote from reception against a refundable deposit of €15.00. Room and Apartments have also a PAY TV feature and the cost is €6.99 per day.

Q:  Do we have bath or shower in the rooms and apartments?
A:  We have some rooms that are with bath and some are with showers. 

Q: Is there any Wi-Fi connection in the Hotel?
A:  WiFi is available in the Foyer and Coffee Shop area. Prepaid tickets need to be purchased from the front desk to connect.

Q:  Is there any Doctor available in Hotel?
A:  Doctor is available for 24 hours at a charge.

Q:  Does the Hotel have private parking? 
A:   We do not have any private parking. However public parking is found in the area surrounding the hotel, always make sure to park in a White Painted Parking Spot.

Q:  Are pets allowed in hotel?
A:  Pets are not allowed.

Q:  Can you cash traveler cheques?
A:  Yes, we can cash traveler cheques at the Front Desk.

Q:  Can we pay our bills by credit cards while we are in hotel?
A:   You can pay by Visa / MasterCard / Maestro / American Express / Diners.

Q:  Does the hotel provide dry cleaning & Laundry service?
A:  We offer dry cleaning and laundry at a charge. We offer also express service.

Q:  Does the rates shown on this site includes all taxes?
A:  The rates shown in this website include all taxes and charges.

Q:  Does the hotel offer transport from / to the Airport or Seaport? 
A:   We can offer transport to / from Airport or Seaport or to other destinations with a charge.  You can book the transport by sending an e-
mail to reservations@115aparthotel.com

Q:  Do you provide transport service for individuals or groups to other destinations?
A:  Yes, we offer transport 24-hrs a day.  The extra transfers can be booked & paid at the reception desk

Q:  Do you provide Baby cots in the rooms and apartments? 
A:  We can offer a baby cot in the rooms and apartments at no added supplement.

Q:  Can we have a high chair in the Restaurant?
A:  High chairs are available in the Restaurant at no extra charge.

Q: Is there any Hairdryer in the room and apartments?
A:  There is a fixed hairdryer I n every room and apartment.

Q:  Is there any tea & coffee facilities in the room and apartments? 
A:   There aren’t tea and coffee facilities in the hotel rooms – but can be provided at an extra charge.

Q:  Is there any fridges in the rooms and apartments?
A:  Apartments have a fridge included with the kitchenette, fridges in hotel rooms maybe are provided at an extra charge.

Q:  Does the hotel provide towels & linen in the rooms and apartments? 
A:  All our rooms and apartments include towels and linen.

Q:  Can we use the bathroom towels for the pool area or beach?
A:  The bathroom towels are not to be used for the pool area or for beach. However you can have a pool towel from Front Desk

Q:  Does the hotel have a private beach?
A:  We do not have private beach however within a 5 minute walk you can reach the closest rocky beach.

Q:  How often do you change the linen?
A:  Linen in the rooms and apartments are changed every third night.

Q:  How often do you change the towels? 
A:  Towels in the room and apartments are changed daily.

Q:  How often do you clean the Hotel room? 
A:  Hotel rooms are cleaned daily.

Q:  How often do you clean the apartments? 
A:  Apartments are cleaned daily.

Q:  If we are staying in the apartments, can we still use the hotel facilities? 
A:  The apartments form part of the Hotel itself, all guests staying in the apartments can make use of the hotel facilities.

Q:  What is the earliest time we can check-in?
A:  Earliest check-in is at 14:00hrs, earlier check-in is subject to availability.

Q:  What is the latest check-out? 
A:  The latest check-out is at 11:00hrs. Late check-out is subject to availability. Small fee is applicable.

Q:  Do you have any room, where we can leave our luggage for earlier arrival or later departure?
A:  You can leave your luggage in the unsupervised luggage room, which is found in the Hotel Foyer.

Q:  Do you offer Room service?
A:  Room service is available between 07:30-10:00 & 18:30-20:00, at a charge.

Q:  Do you have rooms for guests with special needs? 
A:  Unfortunately we have no rooms which cater for special needs and wheelchair bound.

 Q:  Do you have rooms can accommodate families? 

A:  Most of the apartments are cater of families and can be arranged to fit 4 people

Q:  Are the apartments in a separate building? 

A: Apartments are part of the Hotel and are found in the same building.

Q:  How far if the closest beach? 
A:  The closest Rocky beach is approx 1km far and it can be easily reached by bus or 5 minutes by walk.  The nearest sandy beach is approx 3km far and it can be reached by bus next to Marks and Spencer.

Q:  How far is the closest Language school? 
A:  The nearest language school is approx 300mtrs, while you can find more language schools within 1km. Contact us info@115aparthotel.com  if you wish to book language courses we can offer very good packages

Q:  How far are you from a shopping centre? 
We are a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre (Plaza Shopping Centre)

Q:  How far is the nearest night life?
A:  You can enjoy your evenings in the bars situated just 2 minutes walk or by getting a bus from the bus stop next to the Hotel, you can have a lovely evening in Paceville St.Julians that is just 15mins drive.

Q:  How close are you from the Airport?
A:  The Airport is 11km away from Hotel.

Q:  How close are you from the health clinic?
A:  The closest health clinic is 150 meters away. Many pharmacies are situated in walking distance.

Q:  How far are you from the Golf course?
A:  The Golf Course is 4.5 km away, and you can get a bus from the bus stop opposite to hotel that stops in Valletta and you have to get another bus (No. 11-12-15) from Valletta to the Golf Course. It will take only 10 minutes drive by a car.

Q:  How far are you from the National Pool?
A:  The National pool is simply 10 minutes walk from our hotel. Many swimming groups use our hotel as their accommodation for training sessions at the National pool.

Q:  Do you provide any babysitter? 
A:  Babysitter is available at a charge. A babysitter needs to be pre-booked

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?
A: Vary according to the type of packaged booked – please check your booking for your cancellation policy.
